About the Artist

My name is Tanya Arts.  Yes, that is really my last name.  I have been asked all my life if I was artistic because of my name and I always said no.  Well, that outlook changed when I quit my career job and slowed down a bit.  I had always wanted to try painting, so one day I bought some supplies and started.  And boy did I love it.  Painting with brushes turned into acrylic pouring.  That grew into making jewelry with the drips from my paintings.  Later, I rediscovered a love for digging in the dirt to find the most beautiful stones, and I then learned how to turn them into pretty things to wear.  Eventually, the creativity flowed into digital designs that could be printed on myriad products.

This shop may seem unfocused, but it is filled with all the things that I enjoy making... Acrylic pour jewelry, wire-wrapped stones and crystals, products with my original digital designs on them, and some day, my writings.  I even have a section with some of the rocks and crystals that I dug out of the ground myself.  I am a Torah observant christian and biblical cosmology believer, nature and animal lover, mother, and I currently travel and live in a camper.  Everything here is born from something I love, and I hope you love it too.
